The student should, in each subject, obtain an aggregate of at least 40% marks in all examinations. If his/her attendance falls below 80% then his/her promotion may not be granted.
A student should take all the examinations. If he/she is unable to take any examination, the parents must get in touch with the school administration immediately and submit a leave application.
After each semester there will be a day for handing out results when all parents are requested to attend.
